Deborah Fowler

Deborah Fowler is deputy director of Texas Appleseed. Deborah oversees Texas Appleseed's legal team, coordinating legal efforts on juvenile justice, foster care reform, MHMR and the courts, the School-to-Prison Pipeline, parent involvement in schools, and disaster relief.
