Elizabeth Mpofu

Elizabeth Mpofu is a farmer and activist based in the Masvingo Province of Zimbabwe. She is founder and former chair of Zimbabwe Smallholder Organic Farmers Forum (ZIMSOFF), co-founder of the African Women Collaborative for Healthy Food Systems, and former General Coordinator of the international peasant movement La Via Campesina.
