Emily A. Benfer

Emily A. Benfer, a housing law expert, is a visiting associate clinical professor of law and the director of the Health Justice Advocacy Clinic at Columbia Law School. She is conducting policy analysis of eviction moratoria, has developed a COVID-19 Housing Policy Scorecard with the Eviction Lab at Princeton University, and is a liaison to the American Bar Association COVID-19 Task Force.
