Ethan Paul

Ethan Paul is a research associate and reporter at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. His work focuses on U.S.-China relations. He previously served as a reporter for the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong, where he covered U.S.-China relations and the city's response to Covid-19. He graduated from Peking University and Penn State University.
