Jackie Dragon

Jackie Dragon is a senior oceans campaigner with Greenpeace USA. She has led efforts to protect deep-sea habitats from destructive fishing, built strategic partnerships with the labor movement, and coordinated international advocacy to defend human rights in tuna fisheries. In California, she chaired a multi-stakeholder group to reduce whale strikes in shipping lanes and successfully advanced legislation to protect San Francisco Bay from oil spills. Jackie also previously served as an organizer and negotiator for healthcare workers in the largest U.S. healthcare union.
