Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is a political science student and civic technology researcher at OpenPlans identifying opportunities for new tools to help citizens engage with budgeting processes. He is interested in developing new concepts, such as location based spending data, to engage citizens to help improve their communities by interacting with, reporting on, and directly contributing to the public spaces that they frequent in their communities. Matt is based in Austin, TX and travels wherever good discussion can be found.
