Rachel Teng Ruiqi

Rachel Teng Ruiqi is a budding journalist based in Singapore and begins her journey with Mongabay in January 2022. With a background in Environmental Studies (Biology) from the National University of Singapore, she is partial towards writing about conservation, sustainable living, and other social issues that intersect with climate activism. She is especially drawn to the power that journalists have to become the communicative bridge between climate experts and the general public.
