Sharron Hunter-Rainey

Dr. Sharron Hunter-Rainey is the managing director of the Equity Research Action Coalition at Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. She earned her doctorate from Duke University, using social capital and social networks to explain differential incomes for households of varied races. She is a Public Voices fellow with the National Black Child Development Institute and The OpEd Project.
